Dr B. R. Ambedkar Open University, Telangana formerly known as Andhra Pradesh Open University and also known as BRAOU, Telangana. Dr B. R. Ambedkar Open University, Telangana was established on 26th August 1982 through an Act of the A.P. State Legislature (APOU Act 1982). Dr B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Telangana, one of the largest open universities in India, University located in Masthan Nagar, CBI Colony, Jubilee Hill, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It has about 213 study centres spread across both Telangana & Andhra Pradesh States, including 23 regional coordination centres and 14 number of centres excluding for women students. All the programmes offered by the BRAOU are recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi. BRAOU, Telangana Admission
Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) Telangana has going to announce direct admission for UG (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc) and PG (MBA, M.A., M.Com., M.Sc., MLISc., B.LISc) Diplomas, PG Diplomas and Certificate programmes for the academic session 2019-20.
Those Applicants who have passed Inter or equivalent and the Students who have passed E.T. 2019 are eligible for admission in UG Courses. Apart from these, those who are part of the Telangana Open School Society and AP Open School Society can apply directly. Eligible applicants of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana can apply through online mode only. The fee should be paid in the TS/AP online through Debit/Credit/Internet Banking.

Applicants seeking admission in UG, PG, Diploma, PG Diploma and Certificate Programmes can apply online from the official website https://braou.ac.in Applicants have to fill their application on or before the last date (with all details, attested enclosed documents, true eligibility criteria) to get the approval of their Application Form from Administrator. Those students who qualify the entrance exam as per schedule will be called of GD / PI for further procedure.

Dr. B.R. Students required to apply all papers i.e, 1st year, 2nd year & 3rd year in single application form including practical papers. No separate application form is accepted for individual years.
Please note that only those students who have paid the Tuition Fee are eligible to appear for examinations. Further, the students who are appearing for the first time have to pay examination fee for all papers in their course.
