Shiv Nadar University Admission

Admission to B.Tech and B.Sc is done on the basis of Scholastic Aptitude Test (SNUSAT) and Academic Proficiency Test (APT) Merit. The Admission Criteria is 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English mandatory) with at least 55% marks.

Admission to others Undergraduate Courses (BA, BMS) is done By Scholastic Aptitude Test (SNUSAT) and Academic Proficiency Test (APT) Merit. The Admission criteria are 10+2 (English as Mandatory) with at least 55% marks.

Admission to M.tech is done on the basis of past academic performance, written examination and/or interview. The Admission Criteria is B.Tech in a concerned or related subject with overall marks of at least 60% (or minimum 6.5/10 CGPA).

Admission to M.Sc is done by past academic performance and written examination. Admission criteria are B.A./B.Sc./B.S./B.Tech Degree in Mathematics/Physics/Science/ Engineering or similar disciplines with overall marks of at least 50% (or equivalent grade).

Admissions to the MBA program are is done on the basis of a comprehensive evaluation of multiple factors such as relevant work experience, written and verbal communication skills, noteworthy skills, and initiatives undertaken, past academic performance and achievements, and a valid Shiv Nadar University Management Aptitude Test (SMAT) score. applicants may substitute the SMAT with the score of CAT / GMAT / NMAT / XAT / CMAT. Based on the above steps, shortlisted applicants will be invited for a Personal Interview.

Admission Eligibility is applicant must hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from any of the recognized universities, deemed universities, institutes of national importance or from a professional body including ICWAI, ICAI, ICSI, etc.

Admission to Ph.D. is done Through a written test and interview. The admission criteria are Master’s Degree in Mathematics or related disciplines with overall marks of at least 60% (or equivalent grade). Applicants who have qualified for CSIR-UGC NET-JRF, GATE-JRF, JEST or NBHM Fellowship are preferred.
