1. Educational Qualifications
- Candidates must have passed or are in the final year of a 3-year LL.B or 5-year integrated LL.B degree.

1. Law students in their final year or final semester (with no pending backlogs).

2. Law graduates awaiting the issuance of their formal degree certificates.
- Candidates who completed a 3-year or 5-year LL.B. course and passed out but have not yet received their degree certificate are eligible to apply for AIBE 20.
2. Minimum Qualifying Marks
- No minimum marks required to appear for AIBE.
- However, universities may prescribe minimum grades for further legal education (LL.M., etc.).
3. Age Limit Criteria
- There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in the AIBE exam.
4. State Bar Council Enrollment Requirements
