BSNL Senior Executive Trainee Recruitment 2026 Salary

Selected Senior Executive Trainees under the BSNL Recruitment drive will receive compensation under the IDA Pay Scale E3, ranging from Rs. 24,900 to Rs. 50,500. Additionally, candidates will enjoy lucrative perks and allowances, including House Rent Allowance (HRA), Dearness Allowance (DA), and Transport Allowance (TA).

All candidates appointed as Senior Executive Trainees in BSNL must sign a service bond agreeing to serve the organization for a minimum of five years from their date of appointment. They will also undergo a mandatory two-year probation period. Failure to clear required training modules or examinations within the designated or extended timeframe will result in the termination of their appointment.
