Central Bank of India Apprentice Exam 2026: Information Handout and Guidelines Released

The Central Bank of India has officially scheduled the online written examination for its 4,500 apprentice vacancies for 5th July 2026 (Sunday), to be conducted as a remote, home-based assessment. Candidates who have successfully applied for these apprentice positions should thoroughly review the information handout to ensure they are fully prepared for the exam day requirements.

Candidates scheduled to appear for the CBI Apprentice 2026 online written examination should note that no physical admit cards will be issued. Instead, candidates will receive unique login credentials directly via their registered email addresses to access the exam portal.

Please ensure your device is prepared and ready before 11:00 AM, as the exam will commence promptly at that time on 5th July 2026. The test will be continuously monitored via the front camera of your mobile or laptop; any attempt at malpractice during the examination will lead to immediate disqualification.

All candidates are strictly advised to adhere to the exam day instructions detailed in the information handout to ensure a smooth and compliant testing experience.

Do’s for Candidates

• Carry your original government ID proof with you.
• Show your ID to the camera when logging in and whenever asked during the assessment.
• Place your mobile phone so that your face is clearly visible throughout the assessment.
• Be ready at least 30 minutes before the assessment starts.
• Make sure your mobile phone or device is working properly.
• Use a stable internet connection during the assessment.
• Sit in a quiet and comfortable place.
• Read all the instructions carefully before starting the assessment.
• Keep a power bank nearby in case your device needs charging.
• Manage your time well and try to answer all the questions within the given time.
• If you face login issues, call the candidate support number using another phone.

Don’ts for Candidates

• Do not use any unfair means during the assessment. If caught, your assessment will be cancelled.
• Do not ignore the instructions before starting the assessment.
• Do not try to log in after the assessment time has expired.
• Do not move around during the assessment.
• Do not take any bio breaks during the assessment.
• Do not attempt the assessment without a working internet connection and a device with a functional front camera/webcam.
