The Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission (CGPSC) officially declared the State Service Examination (SSE) 2026 Prelims results on 25th March 2026. The results are published in a downloadable PDF format containing the roll numbers of all candidates who successfully cleared the preliminary written test conducted on 22nd February 2026.

Thousands of aspirants participated in this recruitment drive for 238 vacancies across various Chhattisgarh government departments. Both GS Paper 1 and GS Paper 2 results are integrated into the final merit list. Shortlisted candidates are eligible to appear for the upcoming CGPSC SSE Mains examination, scheduled to take place from 16th May to 19th May 2026.

The CGPSC Prelims merit list is determined exclusively by the marks obtained in GS Paper 1. The result PDF is now live on the Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission's official website. Candidates are advised to follow the official guidelines to download and verify their qualifying status for the SSE 2026 recruitment cycle.

1. Go to the official website of CGPSC, www.psc.cg.gov.in.
2. Click on the ‘What’s New’ section, which is mentioned on the left side of the homepage.
3. A new page will open, click on “STATE_SERVICE_EXAMINATION-2025_PRELIMS_WRITTEN_EXAM_RESULT (25-03-2026)”.
4. CGPSC Prelims Result 2026 PDF will open on the screen, that contain the roll number of qualified candidates.
5. Search your roll number to know the qualifying status.
6. Download and save the result PDF for further use.

CGPSC Prelims Cut Off 2026

The official cut-off marks will be disclosed alongside the final examination results, representing the minimum score required to progress to the Mains stage. These cut-offs are determined by factors such as the total number of applicants, the difficulty level of the exam, and the number of available vacancies.
