Steps to Check TS GNM Result 2026

1. Go to the official website of the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Telangana at https://dme.telangana.gov.in/.
2. Under the Notification section on the homepage tab, on the link that reads ” Click here for GNM Regular exams results November 2025″.
3. On the new page, click on the link, Click here for GNM Regular exams November 2025 results.
4. Select your respective year: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd year.
5. A new login portal appears on the screen.
6. Fill in your Hall Ticket Number and select the month/ year of examination, and click on the Submit tab.
7. The DME Telangana GNM Results 2026 appear on the screen.
8. Check and download the result for future records.

GNM TS Recounting 2026

If a candidate is dissatisfied with their results, they may apply for a recount of marks in specific subjects. Applicants must submit a formal request accompanied by a photocopy of their hall ticket, a downloaded marks memo, a clear indication of the subject(s) for recounting, and the original challan receipt for the Rs. 500/- fee per paper.

Recounting applications will be accepted until 5:00 PM on June 19, 2026. The outcome of the re-evaluation process is scheduled to be announced on June 22, 2026.
