  2. The candidate should possess a minimum of 30 words per minute in English Typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi Typewriting on a computer.
  3. The candidate should know about “word processing” in computer as prescribed by the recruiting authority
Medical Social Worker regularly
  1. Post Graduate Degree in Social Science or Sociology from a University recognised by the Central or HP Government.
Psychiatric Social Worker (Job Trainee)
  1. Master’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work
Operation Theatre Assistant (Job Trainee)
  1. Should be 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) with 50% in from a recognised Board of School Education/ Institution.
  2. Must have passed the OTA Training course from a recognized Institution by the State Government. OR B.Sc. Degree in Medical Technology (Anaesthesia & OT Techniques) from Himachal Pradesh University or equivalent Degree recognized by the State Government.
  3. Should be registered with the HP Paramedical Council.
  4. A candidate shall be eligible for appointment to Class-III posts if he/she has passed Matriculation and 10+2 from any School/Institution situated in HP.
Radiographer (Job Trainee)
  1. 10+2 in Science from a recognised Board of School Education/ University.
  2. B.Sc. Medical Technology
  3. Must be registered with the Himachal Pradesh Para Medical Council, Shimla
Pharmacist/Pharmacy Officer (Job Trainee)
  1. Should be 10+2 with Science from a recognised Board of School Education.
  2. Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised University or Institution duly recognised by the Central/ State Government.
  3. Must be registered with the Pharmacy Council of the concerned State/Central Government.
Speech Therapist (Job Trainee)
  1. B.Sc. Degree in Speech & Hearing or its equivalent from a recognised University or an Institution duly recognised by the Central or State Government.
Senior Laboratory Technician/MLT Gr-II (Job Trainee)
  1. 10+2 in Science from a recognised Board of School Education.
  2. B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology/B.Sc. Medical Technology Laboratory/B.Sc. Medical Technology (Laboratory)/B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Sciences/B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (Lateral) from a recognised University or an Institution affiliated to a recognised University.
  3. Should be registered with the H.P Para Medical Council for the above qualification (Presently State Allied Health Care Council, HP).
Audiometric Technician (Job Trainee)
  1. B.Sc. Degree in Speech & Hearing or its equivalent from a recognised University or an institution duly recognised by the Central or State Govt.
Litho Artist (Trainee)
  1. 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised Board of School Education.
  2. Diploma in Fine Arts with at least three years duration from an institution recognised by the Himachal Pradesh Government.
  3. Three years of practical experience in commercial design and layout, Government/Semi-Government or Private Press having an offset unit and ISO certification.

HPRCA Panchayat Secretary Application Fee 2026
