Steps to Apply for IB MTS Recruitment 2026

  1. Step 1: Registration - Register personal and contact details; login ID and password will be sent to your registered email.
  2. Step 2: Completion of Application Form - Login again, select category, fill personal and qualification details.
  3. Upload photograph (Color photo, 35mm x 45mm, not older than 12 weeks, light background, face 70-80% visible, size 100-200 KB, jpg/jpeg format).
  4. Upload signature (Sign on white paper with black ink, scan signature only, size 80-150 KB, jpg/jpeg format).
  5. Pay exam fees and Recruitment Processing Charges via SBI EPAY LITE, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or challan.

Salary and Compensation Structure

Successful applicants appointed under Pay Level 1 receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 56,900 alongside central government benefits. Additionally, a Special Security Allowance of 20% of basic pay plus compensatory benefits applies for duty on holidays (capped at 30 days).
