IDBI JAM & Assistant Manager Eligibility Criteria 2026
To be eligible for these positions, candidates must strictly adhere to the educational and age criteria outlined below. Applications that fail to meet the specified eligibility standards will be subject to rejection at any stage of the recruitment process.
Education Qualification
Junior Assistant Manager (JAM Grade ‘O’)- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a UGC/AICTE-recognized university with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD). Please note that a standalone diploma certificate does not meet the eligibility requirements.
Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’)- A graduation degree from a recognized university is mandatory. Completion of a diploma course alone is insufficient to qualify.
- The candidate should hold a Graduation Degree from a recognised University or Institution to apply for Assistant Manager posts. The candidate should have a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate stating that he/ she is a graduate.
- Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers.
- Proficiency in the regional language will be preferred.
Age Limit (as on 01/02/2026)
Junior Assistant Manager (JAM Grade ‘O’)- Applicants must be aged between 20 and 25 years. Government-mandated age relaxation policies apply for reserved categories.
Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’)- Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years old, born between March 02, 1996, and March 01, 2005 (inclusive).
