JPSC Polytechnic Lecturer Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection methodology for the lecturer posts involves a comprehensive review of academic achievements and personal interviews. A merit list will be prepared, and approximately five times the number of candidates as there are vacancies will be invited for the interview phase.
- The final merit list will be prepared from the aggregate marks obtained in both academic and interview stages.
- In the case of a tie, candidates having higher marks in the post-graduation will be placed higher in the final merit list.
- If two candidates have similar marks in the post-graduation, in that case candidates who is older in age will be placed in the merit list.
