MPSC Group C Exam Pattern 2026

According to the 2026 exam format, the MPSC Prelims is an objective-style test featuring 100 multiple-choice questions for a total of 100 marks. The Mains examination consists of two comprehensive papers totaling 200 marks.

MPSC Group C Mains Exam Pattern

  1. The MPSC Mains Examination will be held 400 Marks (Total 2 Papers) for other cadres except the Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector Group-C post. The MPSC Main Exam for the post of Assistant Motor Vehicle Inspector Group-C will consist of 1 paper and held for a total of 300 Marks.
  2. MPSC Group C Mains exam consists of two papers- Paper 1 (Language Paper) and Paper 2 (General Ability Test & Subject Specific Knowledge).
  3. The questions in each paper will be of objective type (MCQ) with 2 marks for correct answers and a deduction of ¼th mark for incorrect ones.
  4. The time duration for each paper will be 1 hour individually.
