NABARD Office Attendant Selection Criteria 2024

  1. State-Wise Merit List:- A state-wise final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained by candidates in the NABARD Office Attendant Exam 2024. This merit list will be used for the final selection of candidates.

Resolution of Tie Cases:- In case any more than 2 or more candidates score equal marks, then a tie-up resolution will be applied by following either of the three methods:- the highest qualification will be given preference, in case there is a tie in the qualifications, then the candidate scoring more marks in class 10th/12th is given preference, last but not the candidate with higher age is preferred.
  3. Wait List:- also, a waitlist of candidates will be prepared for 50% of the vacancies. This waitlist will be state-category-wise, candidates whose name appears on the wait list will be contacted only if the selected candidate due to some reason fails to join.
