• Must possess required conversion certificates recognized by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI). In case of a candidate having Degrees from Universities of Foreign Countries
• Possess a valid Registration Certificate under the Odisha Veterinary Practitioners
• Act, 1970 (Section 21).

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 47 years of age. Specifically, candidates must have been born between 2nd January 1979 and 1st January 2005 to meet the mandatory age criteria.
