OSSC CPGL Selection Process 2026

The selection process for Physical Education Instructors, Art Education Instructors, and other teaching staff is divided into three key stages.

Stage I: Preliminary Examination (150 Marks): This stage screens candidates for the main exam. Shortlisted candidates, equivalent to six times the total number of vacancies, will qualify for the Main Written Examination based on their performance.

Stage II: Main Written Examination (200 Marks): The examination may be conducted either in OMR-based offline mode or as a Computer-Based Recruitment Examination (CBRE).

Negative marking for incorrect answers is structured as follows:

1/4th of marks deducted for 4-option questions
1/3rd of marks deducted for 3-option questions
