- The candidate should have passed his/her Higher Secondary Examination from BSE Odisha. If the candidate is from CBSE/ICE board, then they must have studied and passed Odia as one of their subjects.
- The candidates should have passed their bachelor's degree in the respective discipline with at least 50% from a recognised university.
