PSSSB Group D Revised Counseling Schedule 2026 Released – Check Dates & Venue

The Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) has officially published the revised counseling dates for the PSSSB Group D Recruitment 2026 (Advt. No. 08/2025). Candidates who qualified in the written examination are required to appear for document verification on 5th and 6th May 2026 at the Subordinate Services Selection Board office, located in Van Bhavan, Sector-68, SAS Nagar.

Candidates who cleared the Punjabi language test (Part A) have been invited for counseling based on their merit in Part B of the written exam. This session is strictly for document verification. Attendees must report in person on the scheduled date and time with all original documents and photocopies. PSSSB Group D Result 2026 and category-wise cut-off marks are now available on the official website, www.sssb.punjab.gov.in. Only candidates meeting or exceeding the cut-off marks are eligible for the upcoming counseling phase.

What Is the PSSSB Group D Counseling Process?

Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the PSSSB written examination are requested to attend the counseling and document verification process according to their specific category vacancies.

The counseling process includes the following key stages:

• Document Verification – Candidates shortlisted from the written exam are called for document verification, where original certificates and category documents will be verified.
• Medical Examination – candidates will have to undergo a medical examination as per the Punjab Government norms.
• Final Merit List –  Based on written exam marks and document verification, a final merit list will be prepared.
