The Punjab Subordinate Services Selection Board (PSSSB) Jail Warder Written Examination 2026 (Advt. No. 08/2025) is scheduled to take place on 26th July 2026 (Sunday). PSSSB Jail Warder Exam Structure 2026

The PSSSB Jail Warder selection examination consists of two distinct papers. Paper 1 serves as a qualifying assessment, while Paper 2 carries a total weightage of 150 marks.

Paper 1

• The duration of the exam is 1 hour
• There is no negative marking

Paper 2

• The duration of the exam is 2 hours
• There is negative marking; 0.25 marks will be deducted for an incorrect attempt
