The RPF Constable exam is structured into three shifts daily throughout the examination window of March 2–18, 2025. Each session lasts 90 minutes. Candidates are advised to arrive at their designated test centers at least 90 minutes before the scheduled start time for mandatory reporting and security procedures.

RPF Constable Selection Process 2025

The recruitment process for RPF Constable positions is a multi-stage selection journey designed to identify the most qualified candidates. The stages of the RPF Constable selection process include:

1. Computer-Based Test: In the first stage candidates are assessed based on General Awareness, Reasoning, and Mathematics skills.
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET) & Physical Measurement Test (PMT): Candidates who qualify the CBT will be shortlisted for PET and PMT in which their physical fitness, stamina, and measurements required for the role will be assessed.
3. Document Verification: Selected candidates will go for this round in which they have to submit their original documents such as educational certificates and identification to confirm eligibility.
4. Medical Examination: Candidates are required to undergo a medical fitness test to confirm that they can perform the duties of the given role.
5. Final Merit List: After that, the final selection will be made through a merit list which is based on performance in all stages, including CBT, PET, PMT, and document verification.
