The Rajasthan BSTC First Seat Allotment List 2026 was released by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota, on June 20, 2026. Candidates who participated in the Pre D.El.Ed counselling process can now view their assigned Teacher Education Institute (TEI) via the official portal, predeledraj2026.com, using their unique Roll Number, Counselling ID, and Date of Birth.
Rajasthan BTSC Allotment List 2026 Out
The registration window for the BSTC 1st round of counselling remained open from June 11 to June 16, 2026. During this period, students prioritized their preferred teacher training institutes based on their Pre D.El.Ed merit rank, category, and seat availability across the state.
The first allotment list is now live, confirming which candidates have successfully secured a seat in the D.El.Ed program. This round facilitates the allocation of 25,970 available seats distributed across various prestigious teacher education institutions throughout Rajasthan.

How to Download the BSTC College Allotment List 2026?
- Visit the official website, www.predeledraj2026.com.
- On the homepage, locate the link for the first college allotment letter under the Pre D.El.Ed Examination 2026 section.
- Click the allotment letter download link; this takes you to the login page.
- Enter your Roll Number/Application Number, Counselling ID, and Date of Birth.
- Click Submit/Proceed to view your result.
- Download the allotment letter as a PDF and keep a printout for reporting and fee payment.
What After the BSTC 2026 Seat Allotment?
Selected candidates must complete the document verification process and report to their allotted college between June 20 and June 29, 2026. Required documents include mark sheets, identity proof, domicile certificates, and recent photographs, along with your Provisional Allotment Letter. Additionally, the admission fee of 13,555/- must be paid between June 20 and June 27, 2026.

Pay the Admission Fee
- From 20th to 27th June 2026
- Pay Admission Fee – Rs. 13,555/-
- Mode of Fee Payment – Pay online through the candidate portal or an authorised e-Mitra kiosk. Save the payment receipt
Report to the Allotted College
- Dates – 20th to 29th July 2026
- Visit your allotted Teacher Education Institute (TEI) with original documents and two sets of self-attested photocopies for verification
- After verification, log in and download your provisional admission slip as proof of admission.
Attend classes
- Date – From 1st July 2026
- Regular classes for the 2026–2028 D.El.Ed batch
Apply for Upward Movement (Optional)
