RRB NTPC Apply Online 2025: Last Date Today for UG Posts at rrbapply.gov.in

The Railway Recruitment Board has enabled the RRB NTPC 2025 application portal at rrbapply.gov.in for both graduate and undergraduate-level positions. The online application deadline for Undergraduate posts is today, 4th December 2025 (11:59 pm). Eligible candidates must complete their submission exclusively through the official portal at https://www.rrbapply.gov.in/.

The application window for graduate-level roles concluded on 27th November 2025. Candidates possessing the minimum educational requirement of a 12th (+2 stage) pass certificate can apply for undergraduate-level posts until today, 4th December 2025. 

Under CEN 06/2025, the RRB NTPC Graduate Level notification covers 5,810 vacancies, including Station Master, Goods Train Manager, and Senior Clerk. Additionally, CEN 07/2025 outlines 3,058 vacancies for the Undergraduate level, encompassing roles such as Commercial cum Ticket Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, and Junior Clerk cum Typist.

RRB NTPC 2025 Application Fees

Applicants must submit the required fee to finalize their RRB NTPC 2025 application. The fee is set at Rs. 500 for General/OBC candidates and Rs. 250 for SC/ST/PWD/Women/Ex-servicemen/Transgender/Minority and Economically Backward categories. Payments are accepted via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.

For SC/ST/PWD/Women/Ex-Sm/Transgender/Minorities/Economically Backward	Rs. 250/-	The fee of Rs 250 shall be refunded duly deducting bank charges as applicable on appearing in 1st Stage CBT.

Steps for RRB NTPC Apply Online 2025

The official notification provides detailed guidelines for the application process. Below are the essential steps to successfully register and apply for the RRB NTPC 2025 recruitment:

1. Visit the official website https://www.rrbapply.gov.in/.
2. Click on “Apply>>Create Account" appearing on the top side of the homepage.
3. If you already have an account, log in using your User Name and Password. If you are a new user, enter all personal details as asked.
4. On submitting the primary details, OTPs shall be sent to the registered mobile number and email. On successful OTP activation, a Registration Number will be generated and sent to the registered email ID and mobile number.
5. Candidates can proceed with the online application by clicking on the “Candidate Login” button on the Home Page using the Registration Number and password.
6. In Part I of the application page, provide the details of Educational Qualification, Community i.e. UR/OBC (NCL)/SC/ST/EWS, Gender, Religion, Ex SM, PwBD, Minority, Economically Backward Class and Age Relaxation eligibility category as applicable and other details.On completion of the application details as above, the candidate will be directed to the payment page to choose the payment mode.
7. In Part II of the application page, the candidate has to indicate their priority/preference for the posts and languages.
8. The candidate will be automatically directed to the “Photo and Signature Upload” part of the application. The image should be in JPG/JPEG format, scanned with 100 DPI resolution. The dimension of the photograph is 35mmX45mm or 320 x 240 pixels with size 30 kb to 70 kb, and the dimension of the signature are 50 mm x 20 mm or 140 x 60 pixels with a size 30 kb to 70 kb.
9. Confirm the declaration and submit your RRB NTPC Application Form before the due date.

RRB NTPC Graduate Form Correction Window 2025

The Railway Recruitment Board established a form correction window for the RRB NTPC Graduate Level Recruitment (CEN 06/2025). Candidates who applied for the 5,810 vacancies had the opportunity to modify their applications between 23rd November and 2nd December 2025, subject to a non-refundable fee of Rs 250 per correction.
