Eligibility Criteria for RVUNL Junior Engineers Vacancy 2026

To qualify for the RVUNL JE Recruitment 2026, applicants must fulfill the mandatory educational qualifications and age limit parameters specified by the authorities.

• RVUNL JE exam is a computer-based “common written competitive exam” conducted in online mode
• The questions shall consist of objective-type questions (multiple choice questions).
• The time duration of the exam is 2 hours
• There will be negative marking for each wrong answer
• The exam is divided into 2 parts, which carry 60% and 40% weightage.
• Part A – 60% weightage
  The questions will be asked in a specific engineering discipline, and the level of examination is Degree

Rajasthan RVUNL JE Salary Structure 2026

Selected candidates for the Junior Engineer-I (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil) positions will undergo a 2-year probation training period, during which they will receive a fixed stipend of Rs. 23,700/- per month. Upon successfully completing the probation period, their salary will be regularized at Pay Level-10 of the Pay Matrix, with a starting basic pay of Rs. 33,800/- per month.

The RVUNL JE online examination will be administered by Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd. (RVUNL) across multiple designated test centers throughout Rajasthan.
