Sail Management Trainee Selection Process 2026

The selection process for the Management Trainee (Technical) role comprises several rigorous stages designed to assess both technical and soft skills:

• Computer-Based Test
• Group Discussion (GD) and Interview
• Merit List and Final Selection

Final selection is based on a weightage of 75% for the Computer-Based Examination, 10% for Group Discussion (GD), and 15% for the Personal Interview. Successful candidates will complete a 1-year training program followed by a mandatory 1-year probation period.
