To be eligible for the SBI Clerk 2026 exam, candidates must meet two primary requirements:
SBI Clerk Educational Qualifications
Applicants must possess a valid graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification acknowledged by the Central Government. Those holding integrated dual degree (IDD) certificates must ensure their graduation date meets the official criteria.
Note: Students in their final year or semester of graduation are eligible to apply, provided they can produce proof of passing the examination if they are provisionally selected.

SBI Clerk (Junior Associates) 2026 Selection Procedure
The selection process for the 2026 Junior Associate role includes a Preliminary exam and a Main exam, followed by a Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT). Candidates must qualify in all stages to receive an appointment. Please note that there is no provision for Inter-Circle or Inter-State transfers for newly recruited Junior Associates.
Note: SBI-trained apprentices may be granted a weightage of 2.5% of the maximum marks (5 out of 200) as bonus marks in the Main Examination.
