SJVN Executive Trainee Selection Process 2025

The selection process is multi-stage, involving a Computer-Based Test (CBT), a Group Discussion, and a Personal Interview. Shortlisting for subsequent stages is based on performance in the CBT, with final selection determined by the weighted aggregate of scores from the CBT, Group Discussion, and Interview.

• The SJVN Executive Trainee CBT exam will be conducted in both mediums.
• A total of 150 multiple-choice questions will be asked for 150 Marks.
• 70 Questions will be asked from the technical subject, and the remaining 30 questions will be asked from the General Ability, Logical Reasoning, and Intelligence Test.
• Candidates have only 2 Hours to complete the exam.
• Each question will carry 1 mark, and there will be no negative marking.

SJVN Executive Trainee Salary 2025

Selected Executive Trainees will receive a starting salary ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,60,000 during their training period. Upon successful completion of training, candidates are eligible for a 3% increment on their basic salary.
