The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) officially released the SSC GD Answer Key and Response Sheet on 15th June 2026 for all candidates who participated in the written examination for 25,487 Constable vacancies. Aspirants can access their individual response sheets and question papers exclusively through the official SSC website (www.ssc.gov.in) via the online portal.

SSC GD Answer Key 2026 Out

The answer key, accompanied by the question paper and an online objection portal, is now available for the approximately 24 lakh candidates who took the CBT exam between 27th April and 30th May 2026. If you identify any errors or invalid questions, you may submit an objection by 6:00 PM on 20th June 2026, subject to a payment of Rs. 50 per challenged question.

New Objection Policy: Ambiguous or incorrect questions will be dropped, and all candidates will be awarded full marks. For questions with multiple valid answers, marks will be granted to anyone choosing a correct option. How to Raise Objections Against Official Answer Key?

  • Log in to the SSC website using your registration number and password.
  • Then, under "My Applications", click on "Answer Key Challenge".
  • Select the SSC General Duty Constable Examination-2026.
  • Again, a login page appears, where you have to enter your role number and password.
  • Select the question you want to raise objections to or challenge.
  • Pay a fee of Rs. 50/- for each objection.
  • Repeat the process from point 5 to raise more objections.

How to Calculate Marks Using SSC GD Official Answer Key 2026?

Once you have identified your correct and incorrect answers based on the official marking scheme, you can calculate your estimated total score for the exam.

  1. Open the SSC GD Answer Key using your roll number and password.
  2. Start with question 1 and write down whether it is correct or not on a blank piece of paper.
  3. Continue the same procedure for all 80 questions.
  4. Now add on how many correct questions you have answered and how many incorrect answers there are.
  5. Multiply the number of correct answers by 2 and the number of incorrect answers by 0.25.
  6. Subtract the multiplication of correct and incorrect answers.
