Applicants with a Master’s degree in any subject other than Hindi/English, where Hindi and English were studied as primary or compulsory subjects throughout the degree course, are eligible to apply.

AND

Applicants must also possess a recognized translation diploma or certificate, or have at least three years of proven experience in translation work within Central or State Government organizations.
