SUPER TET Application Fee 2026

Candidates applying for the SUPER TET 2026 must pay the prescribed application fee as defined by the exam conducting authority. Please note that the application fee must be submitted exclusively through online payment methods.

SUPER TET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The minimum educational requirement for the Assistant Teacher position is a Bachelor's degree, while candidates applying for the Principal post must hold a degree with at least 5 years of teaching experience. SUPER TET Educational Qualification

Super TET Primary 2026 (Class 1st to 5th)

1. The candidate must have passed Class 12th with at least 50% marks and passed 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education OR
2. The candidate must have passed Class 12th with at least 50% marks and possess 4 years’ Bachelors of Elementary Education (B.EI.Ed) Degree OR
3. The candidate must have passed Class 12th with at least 50% marks and have also passed in the final year of 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education) OR
4. The candidate must have a Graduation Degree and passed a 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education OR
5. The candidate must have a Graduation Degree and Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed) Degree

Super TET Junior 2026 (Class 6th to 8th)

1. The candidate must have held a bachelor's degree and BTC from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
2. The candidate must have held a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks and B.Ed / B.Ed Special Education from Rehabilitation Council Of India (RCI).
3. The candidate must have completed Intermediate with at least 50% marks and 4 years in B.A/ B.Sc.Ed/ B.A.Ed from N.C.T.E and UGC with the recognized institute.
4. The candidate must have completed Intermediate with at least 50% marks and 4 years in B.El.Ed in Primary Education.
5. The candidate must have held a bachelor's degree with at least 45% marks and a B.Ed degree.

SUPER TET Age limit

To be eligible for the SUPER TET exam, candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age. (Minimum Age: 21 years; Maximum Age: 40 years).

SUPER TET Age Relaxation

Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories, including OBC, SC, ST, and candidates with disabilities, in accordance with government regulations as detailed below.

SUPER TET 2026 Selection Process

The recruitment process for Assistant Teachers consists of multiple stages. Initially, candidates must pass the Super TET written examination. Qualified candidates proceed to an interview phase. The final merit list is determined by calculating a combination of Super TET exam scores, academic performance, and counseling evaluation. Successful candidates will then be invited for document verification before receiving their official appointment letters.

The evaluation process distributes marks across several specific parameters as outlined below:

1. 10% marks of high school level
2. 10% marks of intermediate level
3. 10% marks of graduation level
4. 10% marks of teacher training certificate
5. 60% marks of SUPER TET written exam

The final cut-off score is calculated based on the combined weightage of the Super TET written examination and total academic marks.

Super TET 2026 Exam Pattern

1. The question paper will of total 150 questions for 1 mark each.
2. There will be no negative marking for Super TET 2026.
3. The Applicants have to clear the Super TET 2026 with the minimum marks and only the candidates who have qualified CTET/UPTET can appear for this exam.
4. The qualified candidates will be provided with certifications for the same.
5. The duration of the Super TET exam is 2.5 hours.

SUPER TET 2026 Admit Card

Once the application process closes, the board will issue the SUPER TET Admit Card. Candidates must download their hall tickets exclusively from the official Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board website at https://upbasiceduboard.gov.in/, typically one month prior to the scheduled examination date. 

SUPER TET 2026 Result

The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board will announce the Super TET 2026 results approximately one month after the exam concludes. Candidates can view their results, individual scores, and category-wise cut-off marks by visiting the official portal: https://upbasiceduboard.gov.in/.
