UPSSSC Forest Guard Physical Test 2026: Exam Dates Announced, Admit Card Details

The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has officially published the UPSSSC Forest Guard Physical Test Dates 2026 on their website, www.upsssc.gov.in, as of January 13, 2026. All candidates who successfully qualified the written examination under Advertisement Number 10-Exam/2023 should note that the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will begin on February 10, 2026.

Following the results of the Forest Guard and Wildlife Guard Main Examination, 5,111 candidates have been shortlisted for the UPSSSC Forest Guard Physical Exam 2026. These tests are set to take place in Lucknow starting February 10, 2026. To qualify, male candidates must complete a 25 km walk within 4 hours, while female candidates are required to cover 10 km within the same 4-hour duration.
