How to Apply for UPSSSC Lower PCS Recruitment 2026?
All applications had to be submitted exclusively via the official UPSSSC portal at upsssc.gov.in. Offline applications were not accepted. The standardized application process is outlined below:
Step 1: Candidate Login: Applicants accessed their accounts using their PET-2025 registration number, authenticated by an OTP sent to their registered mobile number or email address.
Step 2: Completing the Application: Personal data from the PET-2025 registration was auto-populated. Candidates were required to select their preferred posts and enter their relevant educational qualification details.
Step 3: Image Uploads: The candidate's photograph and signature, as previously uploaded during the PET-2025 registration, were used automatically and could not be altered.
Step 4: Fee Payment & Submission: Following the declaration of agreement, candidates completed the fee payment to finalize the application. It was mandatory for candidates to print a copy of the submitted form for their records.
Step 5: Application Editing: Candidates were granted a window until 18 June 2026 to make limited corrections to their submitted data, such as correspondence address, EWS/horizontal reservation status, or marital status, via the Applicant's Dashboard.
