Andrea Daniela is a driven visionary dedicated to fostering equality and financial empowerment. Growing up in a society marked by economic disparity, she witnessed firsthand how a lack of resources can prevent individuals from achieving their potential. This early exposure fueled her commitment to creating meaningful, positive change in the lives of those underserved by the current financial system.
“As a child, I always questioned the way society worked. How was it possible that two people with the same professional background and a similar income level had a completely different quality of life? I soon realised that in most cases it was not about making money, but about the way people managed it.”
Andrea has long been dedicated to service and community development. “Valuable experiences such as carrying out community service projects as a member of Rotaract Cumbayá, and volunteering at the Oncology Hospital SOLCA, have shaped who I am.”
Through her extensive volunteer work and extracurricular leadership, Andrea identified her true calling: empowering others to improve their quality of life. This realization led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Wealth Management, a field she believes will allow her to bridge the gap between financial prosperity and social impact.
“Pursuing a Master’s in Wealth Management would prepare me to financially advise middle and upper-class people on how to build and protect the wealth that would allow them to do what they are truly passionate about while enjoying a high-quality life. It would also allow me to help less fortunate people by creating and promoting foundations and charitable contributions, as it is my desire.”
Beyond her financial aspirations, Andrea is passionate about personal growth and student empowerment. “My most recent and rewarding accomplishment was founding "Awaken Your Inner Power" at the San Francisco University of Quito, a personal development club aiming to empower students to follow their most ambitious goals by relying on self-confidence, self-love, and other precious values.”
As a recipient of the International Distinction Award from Online Result, Andrea is embarking on her academic journey in Luxembourg. She plans to leverage her studies at the University of Luxembourg to gain the expertise needed to launch her career and ultimately contribute to a more equitable world.
