Over 3,30,744 students appeared for the Higher Secondary Final Examinations conducted from February 11 to March 16, 2026, across 821 examination centres in Assam. This includes a massive 2,47,865 students from Arts, 61,568 from Science, 19,806 from Commerce, and 1,505 from Vocational streams.

Assam HS Result 2026: Official Declaration Details
The Assam HS Class 12 Result 2026 was announced on April 28, 2026, in the morning hours, as confirmed by Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. This year saw a significant increase in the number of students compared to 2025 (3,02,613 students last year). The results cover all three major streams — Arts, Science, and Commerce — along with Vocational courses.
The provisional marksheet is now available online. Students are advised to download it immediately and take a printout for further use in college admissions and document verification.
