About Mizoram University
Mizoram University was established on 2nd July 2001 by the Mizoram University Act, 2000 which appeared in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) on 25th April, 2000 as a Central University having His Excellency, the President of India as its Visitor. The objectives of the University, as laid down in the Act are "to disseminate and advance knowledge by providing instructional and research facilities in such branches of learning as it may deem fit, to make provisions for integrated courses in humanities, natural and physical sciences, social sciences, forestry and other allied disciplines in the educational programmes of the University; to take appropriate measures for promoting innovations in teaching-disciplinary studies and research; to educate and train man-power in the development of the state of Mizoram; and to pay special attention to the improvement of the social and economic conditions and welfare of the people of that State, their intellectual, academic and cultural development". Keeping these objectives in view, Mizoram University has embarked on various programmes/schemes in terms of academic and administrative development.
Mizoram University Admission 2019
Mizoram University offers two undergraduate courses covering the field of Technology and Architecture. For the candidates looking for the Postgraduate programmes, the university caters several programmes in the area of Arts, Science, Management, Social work etc. Candidates pursuing admission in Doctoral programmes are offered two courses, Ph.D. and M.Phil, at the doctoral level by the university.
- To take admission in B.Tech programmes, candidates are bound to appear in Mizoram University Engineering Entrance Examination 2019 (MZUEEE-2019)
- To get admission in B.Arch programme, candidates have to appear in National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), conducted by National Institute of Advanced Studies in Architecture (NIASA) which is a body of Council of Architecture, New Delhi in India.
- To get admission in PG and Doctoral level courses, candidates need to go through an entrance test organized and conducted by the university itself. The shortlisted candidates have to go through a personal interview and counseling round administered by the university.

All applicants must read user guides for Online Application, which is given on admission portal https://mzuegov.in/mzuadm, for detail instructions
The application form should be submitted through MZU Admission Portal. No other mode of submission will be accepted. Application fee is Rs.200/- (for all) payable through online mode only
After completion and submission of the online form, filled-in form will be generated in PDF format. Applicant must submit the printed/hard copy of the filled-in form along with all necessary documents within two weeks from the closing date for online submission to the following address:

- Access the link if you found there,
- Enter your Registration no. and password print the admit card
- Finally, take the print out of your call letter.
