Department of School Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, is going to conduct the AP TET 2026 Exam to assess the eligibility of candidates for teaching posts in schools across the state of Andhra Pradesh. The AP TET Hall Ticket 2026 for the AP TET Exam will be released on 25th July 2026. Registered candidates must download the admit card well before the exam date to avoid any technical glitches and must check all the exam details like exam date, exam time, reporting time, exam venue, and more.

AP TET Hall Ticket 2026

The AP TET 2026 Exam will be held in online mode from 5th to 21st August 2026, and the candidates who will be appearing for the exam can download their AP TET Hall Ticket 2026 from the official website https://tet2dsc.apcfss.in/ or www.cse.ap.gov.in. Candidates must carry a printout of the admit card along with a valid ID proof to their exam centre for verification purposes, as no entry without it will be allowed to candidates.

AP TET Hall Ticket Download 2026 Link

The hall ticket for all candidates appearing for the AP TET 2026 examination will be released on 25th July 2026 by the Department of School Education at the official website https://tet2dsc.apcfss.in/ or www.cse.ap.gov.in. Candidates must download their admit card well before the exam date and check the details mentioned on it carefully. How to Download AP TET 2026 Hall Ticket?

To download the AP TET 2026 hall ticket, candidates need their Candidate ID/Application Number/Registration Number and Date of Birth (DOB) in DD/MM/YYYY format.

  • Primary options: Candidate ID (or Application Number/Registration Number) + DOB​
  • Alternative options: Registered Mobile Number + DOB, or Aadhaar Number + DOB​
  • Captcha verification: Enter the security code displayed on screen

Steps to AP TET Hall Ticket Download 2026

The hall ticket will be issued only to those candidates whose application form were successfully submitted and candidates must follow the steps to download the AP TET Hall Ticket 2026 are mentioned below.

  1. Browse the official website of the Department of School Education i.e. https://aptet.apcfss.in.
  2. Click on the Hall Ticket - Candidate's Login link appearing on the homepage.
  3. A new login portal appears on the screen.
  4. Fill out the Candidate ID, Date of Birth & Verification Captcha Code.
  5. Now, click on the 'Login' button. AP TET Hall Ticket 2026 appears on the screen.
  6.  Download and take the hardcopy of the TET Hall Ticket to carry to the examination hall on the date of examination and for other future purposes.

How to Recover your AP TET Credentials?

To recover AP TET login credentials, candidates can use the “Forgot Password” and “Know Your User ID” options available on the official portal www.tet2dsc.apcfss.in

Recover forgotten AP TET password
  • Visit the official website www.tet2dsc.apcfss.in and click on “Candidate Login.”​
  • Click on the “Forgot Password” link below the login fields.​
  • Enter your Aadhaar number and Candidate ID, then click on “Get OTP.”​
  • An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number; enter this OTP and create a new password.​
  • Log in again using your Candidate ID/User ID and the newly set password.
Recover forgotten AP TET User ID / Candidate ID
  • Open www.tet2dsc.apcfss.in and go to the Candidate Login section.​
  • Click on the “Know Your User ID” or similar link shown near the login box.​
  • Enter your Aadhaar number and captcha code, then submit the form.​
  • Your AP TET User ID/Candidate ID will be displayed on the screen or sent to your registered mobile number.

If the problem persists, use any “Forgot Candidate ID / Know Hall Ticket Number” link provided on the portal, where you can retrieve or confirm your Candidate ID using your registered mobile number and captcha code. 

Documents and items to carry on exam day

On the day of the AP TET 2026 exam, you must carry admit card along with valid identification and any additional documents specified in the instructions. Generally, you should carry:​

  • AP TET Admit Card (Printed copy)
  • Valid Photo ID Proof (Choose one):
    • Aadhaar Card
    • PAN Card
    • Voter ID
    • Passport
    • Driving License
  • Two Recent Passport-Size Photographs
  • Original ID Proof (Mandatory) and one photocopy
  • Any other document mentioned in the hall ticket instructions
  • For name or date of birth mismatch:
    • Gazetted Officer Certificate or Affidavit (if applicable)

AP TET Exam Pattern 2026

The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) is a Computer-Based examination that consists mainly of two exams i.e. Paper I & Paper II. The exam patterns for both the AP TET exam 2026 are mentioned below.

  • For both Paper I and II, there will be two parts i.e. Paper I (A), Paper I (B), and Paper II(A), Paper II(B), respectively.
  • The marks for Paper I and Paper II are 150 (for each paper separately).
  • There is no negative marking in the AP TET exam 2026.
  • Candidates will get 1 mark for the correct answers in the AP TET exam 2026.
  • The AP TET exam will be a Computer-Based Test.

AP TET 2026 Passing Marks 

The minimum qualifying marks for Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test as officially decided is as follows- 

  1. OC/EWS: 60% (90 marks)
  2. BC: 50% (75 marks)
