Bank of Baroda LBO Selection Process 2026

  1. Online Examination – Only accepted applicants can appear; qualifying is mandatory for further stages.
  2. Language Proficiency Test – Candidates must be proficient in the local language (reading, writing, and speaking).
  3. Psychometric Test – Assesses candidates’ alignment with Bank of Baroda’s core values and suitability for sales roles.
  4. Group Discussion/Personal Interview – Minimum qualifying marks: 60% for General, 55% for Reserved categories.

Bank of Baroda LBO Exam Pattern 2026

  1. There will be 120 multiple-choice questions from 4 sections.
