- (Motivate) If a line divides two sides of a triangle in the same ratio, the line is parallel to the third side.
- (Motivate) If in two triangles, the corresponding angles are equal, their corresponding sides are proportional and the triangles are similar.
- (Motivate) If the corresponding sides of two triangles are proportional, their corresponding angles are equal and the two triangles are similar.
- (Motivate) If one angle of a triangle is equal to one angle of another triangle and the sides including these angles are proportional, the two triangles are similar.
Chapter-2. Circles
- Tangent to a circle at, the point of contact
- The tangent at any point of a circle is perpendicular to the radius through the point of contact.
- The lengths of tangents drawn from an external point to a circle are equal.

How can I be brilliant in Class 10 maths?
A) Prioritize Homework: Consistency is key. Treat homework as a vital opportunity to practice and master concepts taught in the classroom. Establish a dedicated study environment and a routine to ensure your practice remains consistent.
B) Attend Every Class: Mathematics is a sequential subject where each day’s lesson builds upon the previous one. Missing classes can lead to gaps in understanding; make it a priority to attend every session and catch up immediately if you happen to miss any instruction.
C) Analyze and Correct Mistakes: Don't shy away from errors. Every mistake is a learning opportunity. Take the time to deconstruct why an error occurred and learn the correct methodology. Engaging with your mistakes directly is one of the most effective ways to prevent them from recurring in future exams.
D) Master Basic Skills: Foundational skills, such as multiplication tables, are the building blocks of high school mathematics. Ensure these basics are second nature; use flashcards or digital tools to practice until you can recall them effortlessly.
