Eligibility Criteria

Legal Assistant	Delhi Pollution Control Committee	Candidates must have completed a degree in Law from a recognized university 3 years of experience as a Legal Practitioner or one year of experience in Legal work in a Government Department.
Legal Assistant	Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board	Possessing Regular Degree in Law (entitling the incumbent for registration at bar and appearing before the courts) from a recognized university or equivalent and 03 years’ experience at Bar
Legal Assistant	Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs	Degree in Law from a recognized university. Two years’ experience as Legal Practitioner or one year experience in handling Legal work in a Government Department/PSU.
Legal Assistant	Delhi Transport Corporation	Graduate in Law from a recognized institution established or incorporated by or under a Central Act or Provincial Act, or a State Act, or any other institution or foreign institution approved by the Central Government. At least one-year experience of working with advocate and enrolled with Bar Council. Should have knowledge (read and write) of Hindi Language
