  • Candidates must have passed Matriculation from a recognised Board.
  • Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matriculation as one of the subjects.

How to Apply for Haryana CET Group D Exam 2026

  1. Visit the website of Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) at www.hssc.gov.in.
  2. Enter your Mobile Number & Captcha Code and enter the OTP sent to your mobile for verification.
  3. Start filling out the CET Haryana Registration Form and enter the basic details, including communication, education details, and other required details.
  4. Upload Photo & Signature (jpg of 500 kb) and other required documents.
  5. A new registration number is generated.
  6. Now log in to the portal using the registration number generated above and start submitting the details.
  7. Pay the required application fee as per their category.
  8. Click on the “Submit” tab and download the application form for future reference.
