Northern Coalfield Limited (NCL) issued the admit cards on 26th June 2026 for the first stage of the recruitment process: the Computer-Based Test (Advt No. NCL/SING/HR/Direct-Recruitment/2026-27/125). The CBT for 577 vacancies across HEMM Operator (Trainee), Paramedical Staff Nurse, and Overseer (Civil) roles is scheduled for 6th July 2026. How to Download NCL Operator Trainee & Staff Nurse Admit Card 2026?

1. Open any internet browser and visit the official website of Northern Coalfields Limited, www.nclcil.in.
2. Go to the “Careers” section on the homepage, which you can locate at the top right corner.
3. Inside the Careers section, select the “Recruitment” option.
4. Now look for a link titled, “Notice Regarding Admit Card of Computer-Based Test for selection of various posts of HEMM Operator (Trainee), Paramedical Staff and Overseer (Civil) notified via Ref. No. NCL/SING/HR/Direct-Recruitment/2026-27/125” and click on this link.
5. You will be redirected to a login window. In this window, enter your User ID and Password and fill in the captcha, then click on the “Submit” button.
6. Your NCL Admit Card 2026 will appear on the screen.
7. Download the admit card file in a PDF format and take 2-3 printouts before the exam date.

Documents to Carry to Exam Hall

In addition to the printed admit card, candidates must carry valid photo identification to the exam center to verify their identity. Invigilators will strictly verify these documents, and any candidate failing to produce the required identification will not be permitted to take the test.
