RRB Technician Selection Process 2026

The RRB Technician selection process consists of three distinct stages: the Computer-Based Test (CBT), Document Verification, and the Medical Examination. Candidates should note that the structure differs from the Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) examination process.

  • A total of 100 questions will be asked for a total of 100 marks.
  • Candidates will be penalized for attempting a question wrong in the RRB Technician Exam 2025.
  • 1/3rd of the total marks will be deducted for each question attempted wrong by a candidate. No marks will be deducted for questions left blank or unattempted.

  • For Each Wrong Answer, ⅓rd Marks of the original will be deducted.
  • Minimum Qualifying Marks for UR & EWS is 40%, SC & OBC (NCL) is 30%, and ST is 25%.
