Candidates who successfully qualified for the Rajasthan Pre D.El.Ed Entrance Examination 2026 can now register for counselling managed by Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU). The official window for choice filling and registration for the two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) program is open from 11th June to 16th June 2026.

Rajasthan BSTC Counselling Process 2026

Step 1: Online Registration and Fee Payment

• Firstly, candidates have to visit the official website of Vardhman Mahaveer Open University (VMOU), Kota at https://predeledraj2026.com/.
• Click on the link titled “Counselling for Pre D. El. Ed. Examination: 2026”.
• Fill in all details such as the candidate’s name, mother’s name, and date of birth etc.
• Pay the application fee of Rs. 3,000 /- and click on Login.

Step 2: Web Option Entry & Choice Filling

• Candidates will have to choose the names of the colleges to which they are willing to get admitted.
• The first preferred college should be at the top of the list, followed by the second preferred college and so on.
• Select the centre name and lock the choices before the last date.

Step 3: College Seat Allotment

• Based on candidates’ choice-filling, merit, category, teaching subject, etc.
• The 1st seat allotment list will be published on the official website on 20th June 2026.
• The 2nd seat allotment list will be released on 13th July 2026.

Step 4: Final Admission & Reporting

• Report to their allotted colleges with all necessary documents, including mark sheets, identity proof, domicile certificate, and passport-size photographs
• Candidates have to deposit the admission fee of 13,555/- from 20th to 27th June 2026.
• After the 1st sheet allotment, candidates have to report from 20th to 29th June 2026.

BSTC Counselling Registration Fee

Participants in the counselling process are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 3,000. Payments must be processed through the secure online portal using net banking, credit, or debit card facilities.

Rajasthan BSTC 1st Allotment List 2026

The first seat allotment list is scheduled for release on 20th June 2026, indicating the college assignments for the D.El.Ed. program across Rajasthan. Final allotment decisions are based on candidate ranks, individual college preferences, and available seat quotas.
