RRB Group D Physical Efficiency Test Details

The Physical Efficiency Test is a mandatory qualifying round. While these scores do not impact the final merit list, candidates must successfully clear all test segments to remain eligible for recruitment. Failure to complete the initial task will result in immediate disqualification.

PET Requirements for Male Candidates

  • Lift and carry 35 kg of weight for 100 meters in one chance, without setting it down (AND)
  • Run 1000 meters within 4 minutes 15 seconds, in one chance

PET Requirements for Female Candidates

  • Lift and carry 20 kg of weight for 100 meters in 2 minutes, in one chance (AND)
  • Run 1000 meters within 5 minutes 40 seconds, in one chance
