Educational Qualification for Data Entry Operator (DEO/Grade 'A'): Candidates applying for roles in the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution; Ministry of Culture; or the Staff Selection Commission must have successfully cleared their 12th Standard or an equivalent examination from a recognized university or board.

For LDC/JSA and specialized DEO roles: Applicants must have completed their 12th Standard in the Science stream with Mathematics as a core subject from a recognized board.
