Telangana Police Sub Inspector PMT & PET 2026

Candidates who pass the Preliminary Written Test proceed to the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET). This stage assesses the physical fitness of applicants, including mandatory height measurements for both male and female candidates.

  • Candidates who qualify for the Physical Measurement Test will only be eligible for the PET.
  • Physical Efficiency Test consists of a 1600-meter run for male candidates and an 800-meter run for female candidates. And also, consists of long jump, shot jump (7.26 Kgs for Men/4 Kgs for Women).
