Educational Qualification

• Compulsory Tamil Paper – 50 marks (qualifying paper, not included for ranking).
  Procedure for exemption for differently-abled candidates as per G.O.(Ms.) No.49, dated 23.05.2022.
• Written Examination and Multiple Choice Question (MCQ):
  Total Marks: 200
  Experience & Interview: 30 Marks (15 + 15)
• Part B of Paper I and Paper II will be evaluated only if the candidate scores a minimum of 40% marks in Part A (Compulsory Tamil Qualifying Paper).

TN TRB Assistant Professor Salary 2025

Selected Assistant Professors will receive a competitive salary package under the Tamil Nadu Collegiate Educational Service, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 57,700 to Rs. 1,82,400 (Level 10).

The compensation follows the 7th Pay Commission structure, inclusive of admissible benefits such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Travel Allowance (TA).
