The LIC AAO 2026 recruitment process is structured into three distinct stages. Please note that marks from the Preliminary Examination (Phase I) are strictly qualifying and will not contribute to the final merit list. Your final selection is determined solely by your cumulative performance in the LIC AAO Main Examination (Phase II) and the Interview round.

  1. The exam will be conducted online and the duration will be 1 hour or 60 minutes (20 minutes for each section).
  2. There are 3 sections: Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language. Each question is given 1 mark.
  3. There will be no negative marking in the prelims exam.
  4. English Language test will be of qualifying nature and the marks thereof will not be counted for ranking
