UP CNET 2026 Exam Structure

• There are a total of 120 questions from all the 5 subjects.
• The maximum marks of the exam are 120.
•  Each question carries 1 mark.
• There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
• The total duration of the exam is 140 minutes.
• From each subject, 24 questions are asked.

Note: Candidates must achieve the category-specific minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for admission. The threshold is set at 50% for the General category, 45% for General-PwD, and 40% for SC/ST/OBC and respective PwD candidates.
